Proposed Federation of Hamsterley and UDDF

Hamsterley, Rookhope, St John’s Chapel and Wearhead Primary Schools propose to federate on September 1st, 2023, in order to strengthen all schools involved.  The consultation period for the proposal is from Monday 6th March- Friday 28th April 2023.  This document outlines the proposal in detail.  We would appreciate stakeholders’ feedback and completed response forms can be returned to any of our schools by 10am Friday 28th April.  Governing bodies will not be able to consider any responses received after this deadline.

Friday 18th February- school closed today

School will remain closed today due to the poor forecast and adverse travel conditions.  Remote learning will be provided.  Keep safe and we look forward to seeing you on Monday 28th February after the half term break.

Easter Open Morning
