Welcome to our Preschool provision
We offer pre-school provision for children from the term after their third birthday. We are also able to offer 15 hours provision for two year olds who are eligible for free childcare. Children are entitled to access 15 hours of free provision each week and these are available Monday to Wednesday. We are flexible as to how children access this provision and 15 hours can be taken as 3 sessions of 5 hours or 2 1/2 days. If your child is entitled to 30 hours provision, we are able offer 18 hours at Rookhope and 12 hours on Thursday and Friday at our partner school, St John’s Chapel.
If your child has had their third birthday, but is not yet able to access free provision, sessions in school can be paid for at a cost of £3-60 per hour. Pre-school children may also access our breakfast club for £2 each morning and can stay for lunch for £4 per day.
